The Alberta Native Friendship Centres Association, along with individual Friendship Centres, are being proactive by responding to the public health crisis surrounding COVID-19 in a way that best supports reduced risks for local programs, supports and community needs. To stay current with what’s happening in your local Friendship Centre, we encourage community members to seek updates from your local Friendship Centre directly.
Until the COVID-19 public health situation is stabilized, the ANFCA team will work remotely as is possible and suspend all travel to communities for the time being.
We will continue to keep our membership and larger Friendship Centre communities connected through regular communication and social media posts. Be well and take care of each other.
